Capstone on Food Insecurity

Food insecurity, especially in children, is a huge issue in Cincinnati. Children need the proper nutrients to grow and to succeed in school. Through working on SUA's all-school food drive, attending the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women, and being interested in my own nutrition, I was inspired to focus my capstone on food insecurity in children in Cincinnati and the inequities in nutrition for women globally.
