About Me

My name is Olivia Schmidt, and I am currently a senior at Saint Ursula Academy. I plan to attend Marquette University this fall and will be majoring in environmental engineering. In my free time, I enjoy reading, being outdoors, playing lacrosse, and being with my family and friends. I am passionate about social justice and advocacy, specifically about food insecurity and gender equality, which all played a part in me becoming a Global Scholar. I love to learn about the world around me through travel, research, and service, all of which are part of being a Global Scholar.
